Our production line uses precision core-cutting and automated coil-winding systems to control lamination accuracy, winding tension and inter-turn insulation, helping reduce no-load loss and partial-discharge risk. The active part undergoes vacuum drying to remove moisture before oil filling or final assembly, which is critical to long-term insulation reliability. Every unit is released only after 100% routine testing in accordance with IEC 60076, including ratio, winding resistance, insulation resistance, power-frequency and induced withstand tests, and no-load/load-loss verification; type or special tests such as temperature-rise, short-circuit withstand and partial discharge can be added per contract.
For export orders, we provide seaworthy and inland-transport packing—moisture-proof, shock-protected, crate or skid options, lifting marks and transit monitoring on request—so that equipment arrives ready for installation. From cutting to final inspection, each transformer is documented for traceability, commissioning and after-sales support.
